These terms cover two things: using this website, and hiring PTP Pressure Washing to clean something. By doing either, you agree to what follows.
PTP Management LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as PTP Pressure Washing, is a veteran-owned exterior cleaning business operating in Roswell, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Griffin and the surrounding metro Atlanta area, with a business address at 6595 Roswell Rd NE, Ste G2200, Atlanta, GA 30328.
Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "PTP" mean PTP Management LLC d/b/a PTP Pressure Washing.
You may use this site to learn about our services and request a quote. You may not scrape it, copy its content for a competing business, attempt to breach its security, or submit false information through its forms.
The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to us. Individual reviews quoted on this site are the words of the customers who wrote them, reproduced from our public Google Business Profile.
Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, freezing temperatures or lightning, and we will contact you as early as we can when that happens. Rescheduling for weather carries no charge.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in us asking for a deposit before booking again.
To do the work safely and well, we need you to:
That last point matters. Water finds existing defects. Telling us in advance lets us work around them.
We clean surfaces. We do not repair or replace them, and some things do not come out no matter who you hire:
We will tell you honestly during the walkthrough when we think a surface will not fully clean, rather than take the money and let you be disappointed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects revealed once the dirt covering them is gone.
We select pressure and chemistry to suit the surface. Roofs and vinyl siding are soft washed at low pressure using methods consistent with Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association guidance. We do not use high pressure on asphalt shingles or vinyl siding, because doing so causes damage.
If you instruct us to use a method we advise against, we will decline the work rather than knowingly damage your property.
If something in our stated scope was not cleaned properly, tell us within seven days of the visit and we will come back and address it at no charge. This covers workmanship on the agreed scope. It does not cover surfaces excluded in section 6, new dirt or growth arriving after we left, or work outside the quoted scope.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial and recurring accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.
We accept card and bank payment. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by our payment processor.
We carry commercial general liability insurance with limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence and a $4,000,000 general aggregate, underwritten by Spinnaker Insurance Company. Damage to rented premises is covered to $50,000 and personal and advertising injury to $2,000,000.
A Certificate of Insurance is available on request and is provided proactively before the first visit on all commercial and HOA engagements. If you require additional insured status or a waiver of subrogation, tell us before work begins — those require a policy endorsement and cannot be granted by a statement on a certificate.
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including damage caused by our own negligence.
By giving us your contact details you agree we may contact you about your request or job. Text messaging is governed separately by our SMS Terms and requires your explicit opt-in. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in and are never a condition of service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from work performed will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and both parties consent to that venue.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you booked applies to that job.
