These terms govern the text message programs operated by PTP Pressure Washing. If you have opted in to receive text messages from us, these terms apply to you. If you have not opted in, we will not text you.
We run two separate text programs and you choose independently which, if either, you want. Neither is required to get a quote or to hire us. Reply STOP to any message to end it immediately, or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Ever.

Consent is collected through a web form on ptppressurewashing.com. The form asks for your mobile number and presents two separate checkboxes — one for service messages, one for marketing messages.
You may also consent verbally by asking us directly to text you, or in writing on a paper service agreement. In every case consent is recorded against your contact record.

Message and data rates may apply. PTP Pressure Washing does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages from that program. STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and REVOKE are all honoured.
You may also call or text (855) 748-8997, or email [email protected], and ask us to remove you. If you opted into both programs and want to leave only one, tell us which — otherwise a STOP reply removes you from both.
If you opt out and later change your mind, you can opt in again the same way you did the first time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile number is shared only with service providers who help us deliver the messages you asked for — specifically our customer relationship and messaging platform, and the telecommunications carriers required to transmit the message. These providers act on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use your number for their own marketing.
Text message originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.
If you give us a number that is not yours, or you stop using a number you gave us, tell us immediately so we can stop messaging it.
Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither are we, to the extent permitted by law. Do not rely on text messages for anything urgent — call us instead.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless and Google Voice, among others. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Information you give us is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
We may update these terms. Material changes to how we use your mobile number will be communicated to you before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
