The process
Clear by hand and bag it
Debris comes out by hand and leaves with us. Blowing it into the landscaping just relocates the problem to your beds and eventually back into the gutter.
Flush and verify every downspout
Water goes in at the top and we confirm it comes out at the bottom. A gutter that's clear but a downspout that's blocked still overflows.
Brighten the exterior faces
A dwell treatment breaks the bond on oxidation staining, then a gentle rinse. This is what takes gutters from grey-streaked back to white.
Report what we found
Loose hangers, separated seams, pitch problems and rusted sections get photographed and sent to you. We don't do gutter repair — we just make sure you know.

Straight answers
What are the black streaks on my gutters?
Oxidation staining, called tiger striping in the trade. It comes from the aluminum finish breaking down combined with runoff carrying roof debris over the front edge. It bonds to the surface and needs a dwell treatment — a standard house wash rinse won't remove it.
How often should gutters be cleaned in metro Atlanta?
Twice a year for most homes here, and that's higher than the national recommendation because of the tree canopy. Heavily wooded lots in Roswell, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody sometimes need three visits.
Do you repair gutters?
No. We clean and brighten, and we photograph anything we find wrong — loose hangers, separated seams, bad pitch — so you can get it addressed. We'd rather tell you honestly than sell you a repair we don't specialize in.
