PTP Management LLC, doing business as PTP Pressure Washing, is a veteran-owned exterior cleaning company serving metro Atlanta. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or hire us, why we collect it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address
• Property information — service address, what needs cleaning, notes you provide such as stains, height, gate codes or access instructions
• Communication preferences — whether you consented to service texts, marketing texts, both or neither
• Photographs — before and after images of work performed, where you have given permission
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers

• Which page on our site you submitted a form from, so we know what you were reading
• Standard web analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site and measure traffic

2. Why we use it

• To prepare and send your quote
• To schedule, perform and follow up on work at your property
• To invoice you and process payment
• To answer your questions and provide customer support
• To send service messages about your job, if you consented
• To send marketing messages, only if you separately consented
• To improve our website and understand which services people are looking for
• To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, lead aggregators or advertising networks. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law, court order or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, property or the safety of any person.

4. How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet our tax, accounting and insurance obligations — generally seven years after your last job. Quote requests that never became jobs are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

5. Your choices

• Text messages — reply STOP to any message, or ask us. See our SMS Terms.
• Marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Service emails about an active job are not marketing and will continue.
• Access, correction or deletion — email [email protected] and tell us what you want. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first.
• Cookies — your browser can block or delete them, though parts of our site may not work as well.

6. Security

We use reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard protections, limit access to the people who need it, and do not store payment card numbers ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Photographs of your property

We photograph work for quality records and, with your permission, to show results to prospective customers. Marketing use is optional — tell us at any time that you would rather we did not, and we will remove your property from any public gallery. We do not publish house numbers, street addresses or anything identifying your specific home without asking you first.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes to how we use your information will be communicated before they take effect.
